Maybe it's worthwhile collating a second round of questions, such as:
- how future gifts will be reported (before, after, not at all)
- approximate size of the float
- progress to acquisitions
- future plans (say 1-2 years out) for reducing O/S, A/S
- rate of sign up of new accounts

I wouldn't want to overburden Matt, but some questions are very important in generating solid shareholder confidence. If you want shares transferred to strong hands, questions need to be addressed.



If the TA is gagged you can bet it's not in the shareholders best interest.
