hardasset, all one has to do is show a filing that Equity will not be wiped out and the market will take care of ALL illegal shares through what is enevitable and called a short squeeze. The only way a short squeeze can be prevented is by cancelling the value in the organization which is what the CRIMINALS are despartely trying to do. You can reorganize the shares, reverse split or other but as long as there is value there will be a short squeeze of some magnitude...there has to be or they would have settled this long ago.
