Case could be over 90 days or less-Your thoughts?

Everybody is making way too much of this case and yes it could have an ending that is very simple, if only the Judge truly wanted it that way. This result could be coming but I would not bet on it but I will bet on a couple of actions. One being ALL Equity WILL see money and two there will be some totally surprising twists that will be forth coming and they WILL be positive for Equity. All of this mediation, posturing, wasting/time money is all very sad when these CRIMINALS are not going to do anything until there are decisions or actions that force results.

All it would take is for the Judge to ask Susman to use the same numbers and ingredients that Rosie has used and to submit Equities POR within two weeks and she will pick the overall - best one for ALL constituents. Then watch the CRIMINALS scramble and make a deal in record time. I would like to say before all of those NAYSAYERS say this cannot happen, that is B.S. and yes it can. I highly doubt the court wants it this way since she is protecting the very Criminals that put us here and wants to make sure Rosie looks good and goes untouched.
