Monty and crew went out of their way to libel Swift, and to solicit funds from XKEM shareholders to further their attempts to take over the company.

Libel swift? How's he done as CEO?

Swift's attorney entered a motion to block Monty and crew from participating in the Chapter 7 auction of XKEM assets.

Now isn't THAT interesting, and convenient?!?
