more updates will come in SEC forms, but it is great because, if you got 13 QEP's with an avg of 100k$ invested already in the offering...you will see bigger players step up and want a piece of this, with those big #'s being invested, it only shows major support for the next year, the common stock will probably be restricted and they will have options and warrants to exercise at much higher prices...

i have very big expectations for IWEB, especially once the merger is finalized and we get our filing followed by a CC to discuss the future of going on to the big boards: NASDAQ.
