The last 10Q/A-file shows, that there are prop&equipment (net) worth 2,749,190 $ and $23,206,942 for the library (conservative lookout and potential to increase).

Only this, without the most wanted revenues, makes me wonder, why I dont buy Valcom in whole for 0,145$/share today.

2,7M + 23,2M = 25,9M / 178,2M shares = 0,145$

We must only persuade Vince to have the library audited by known experts and all goes GREEN! IMHO.
