Nice work Eco,

I verified the facts you mentioned around noon. A little over a year ago I met John Russell in person and have talked to him on the phone a few times. He is a great guy...... too bad he is in this situation, he probably is at the end of his working career and wants to go out with as much as he can secure. He was slated to take a key position and ended up having health issues. At any rate, he wants compensation for a deal that never came to pass. With all the patents and projects we have here, Larry is going to put every cent to good use.

On the bright side, these guys see great value in this company, its worth fighting for. If it was just fluff, I think Larry would have diluted like crazy and would just give the stock up to John to move on and not cause concern....... but that's not the case.
