RONCQ - shares are wothless: "At July 31, 2011, there were 5,083,539 shares of the Company’s common stock outstanding. The outstanding shares of the Company will be cancelled on the effective date and equity holders of the Company, RAL and RCPC will receive no distribution under the Joint Plan for their equity interests."
