Let's lodge a complaint to SEC that the company has filed a wrong address that becomes a fraud,try sending emails to BS Norman and lets spread a word that this is a scam at least new investors will not get trapped,I sent 4 emails no reply and called up some one picked up the phone and fired me saying those frauds terms don't stay anymore and just banged the phone down
