That's a stretch. Kitt's DD has shown that VMSI is NOT VMSYQ, it is a shell company created for the purpose of starting a new company. That's okay, no problem there.
Here's the problem with this BK play.
1. You're being mislead by traders on this board.
2. It doesn't matter if commons are saved or not, they're worthless.
3. I'm glad you mentioned CH. 7, because what happened here is essentially the same thing, VMSYQ has been liquidated with the purchase of their assets.
4. IPDG is NOT taking over VMSYQs shares to trade publicly.
5. There is nothing here of value anymore with VMSYQ, they have zip, zero, and nada.
Thanks to Kitt for finding out this information. He just gave you all an opportunity to get out. It's up to you to take this opportunity or not. I'm not going for cheap shares by posting this, no way.
