Well since Im only allowed one post...
One, 210 million autorised shares in the OTCBB is SMALL. .001 Par value beats the heck out of most with a .0001 par value.
Second the PACER does NOT show the judge changing this to a CH7 BK case. It is still a CH11 BK case. That in and of itself should tell you the company is NOT being liquidated. They just moved to a new building, theres still 5 people on the payroll, they are still servicing accounts. As the CEO stated, until they are out of BK they are having trouble securing new accounts. No surprise there, I mean would you want a security company to cover YOUR business knowing they owe a lot of money?
If this company as Kitt stated is new and was made in September, who is to say its not an investor that just incorporated/llc/whichever route they went, when they knew with little doubt they were going to be the buyer. CEO trying to stay on with the new company...Really...you're surprised? Why wouldnt he and why wouldnt the buyer keep him on if not at least temporarily to acclimate themselves? With all the paperwork to bring a company onto the OTCBB, why wouldnt you just keep the companies shares intact, maybe a name change, and just update the forms? LOT quicker and A LOT cheaper to go that route.
Not to mention after that PACER document at least one poster from Canada(TD Waterhouse is a canadian broker) when trying to sell the shares, it kept changing the ticker.
Take it for what its worth.
You see all the debby downers showed up after it ran, after closing, WHY? Why not during trading hours? Yeah 1+1=2
Plus the last email from the CEO was FAR different then the debby downers take on how this is going to play out.

Why not wait a little longer for a response next time. The only reason Im up right now is for the new Batman Arkham City midnight release. And before you call me a kid, no, far from it I actually have 2 of my own, yeah this is going to hurt tomorrow morning :)
