IM--I wouldn't put it past those two to try doing it themselves because I am a hands on type of guy sometimes, and I might try to act as the general contractor... but I doubt that is what they have in mind, lol...

"Explore" means that they will look in places that make sense to a professional miner... they will get some advice on where to look and how to look and they will execute on an exploration plan... this implies cash on hand, a budget, a contract with "explorers" that are licensed and qualified to do the exploratory work, and whose word about what is found will be credible, and it includes required equipment rentals... It would normally include drilling some more 1000 foot holes and some shorter ones to verify the prior findings and to obtain core samples of some new targets... it also includes sending the core samples to labs for assay results and the accumulation of some compliant data they will be allowed to crow over and file with the SEC... Exploring will also include records of what is explored and detailed verification of what is found... all this could cost significant bucks over $200,000 and under $10 Million...depending on their war chest...that is the general gist, but there may be a lot more to it...

I agree with your concerns about dilution issues. This is always a possible problem with pink sheets... we will just have to see what they do...
