Heres what Im saying.. The brokers just wanted to get the trades settled.. GVRP IMO said to the brokers "hey, we will inject the shares and get you guys off the hook, but you guys don't let anyone trade shares until we can R/S them, OK?" and they said Sure, no problem.. Just my opinion of course!

Apparently they can halt trading on a stock thats being investigated by the SEC and IMO thats what the excuse they are using to do so I guess.. It makes perfect sense .. Thats why they let the people who sold take the money and people who still own shares can't sell..
