Jim, the circumstances surrounding GVRP are unique.. the trades have been settled and the monies given out for the sales of those trades.. There is no way that they would lift restriction if the thought there was a snowballs chance in hell that they would have a problem..

My theory is simple and logical.. IMO GVRP made a deal with the brokers to inject the 441B shares to settle all trades and in exchange, the brokers would not allow trading in the stock until GVRP did a reverse split.. Ameritrade and others are using the SEC investigation to restrict trading on the stock IMO.. The only thing these brokers cared about is settling the buys/sells in this security.. They could care less what happens to the shareholders of GVRP now IMO..
