5. Within the past week, I spoke with a representative of Innovatix about generic enoxaparin. The Innovatix representative informed me that Innovatix had been approached by Amphastar to discuss the possibility of Amphastar distributing generic enoxaparin through Innovatix to Innovatix’s members, which would include the members located in Massachusetts.

Innovatix sells in the retail and non hospital markets. I thought that was Watson's action?

Is there any possibility of a family feud wrt an at risk launch?

Is so, would this increase the odds of a PI as Amphastar alone likely could not make good on the damages (if the perpetual contract reset issue plays)?
