Does any of this relate to the chance someone is misstating (lying) about aEnoxaprin sales?

No. The amended complaint justs adds Watson Pharma as a party; two of the three declarations rebut the jurisdiction argument that Amphastar raised, i.e., they show contacts between the defendants and Massachusetts. Shea's declaration shows it would be inconvenient for MNTA to move the litagation to California. The remaining declaration by Jessica Gan Lee declares that the patent prosecution documents filed are accurate copies. Of these declarations, perhaps the following is moderately interesting, from David Picard's declaration:

5. Within the past week, I spoke with a representative of Innovatix about generic enoxaparin. The Innovatix representative informed me that Innovatix had been approached by Amphastar to discuss the possibility of Amphastar distributing generic enoxaparin through Innovatix to Innovatix’s members, which would include the members located in Massachusetts.
