haj... and that is what is so sad. We can't even trust reading the PR's. Fayiz can always say that he 'never lied'. He did indeed (it appears) execute a buy-back. However his mulit-billion dumping negated dwarfed the buy-back. However, what he did NOT do was... tell the truth... the truth being he was dumping (selling) in parallel.

He apparently (no proof) pumped the stock with the 'buy-back' PR so he could sell into the pump.

Of his counter-argument could be that it was in the best interest of the shareholders since it provided more $$$ for the acquistion. My argument against that is that had he simply orchestrated a series of PR's publicizing his sales/earnings growth... then he could have sold that 2+B shares at a much higher price than SUB-Penny. Great scientist (I hope), but not a good business man I fear. I hope that he surprises me in the end.
