I contacted the company regarding the amended filing, this is the response.
Doug:

The re-filing is a normal procedure when the SEC comments on a filing. Our securities counsel oversees this process and is very experienced with the SEC - every company is required to re-file upon addressing these comments and is a common occurrence. Furthermore, none of the comments related to accounting, only verbiage. We expect it should become effective this week.
