E-Trade has been replying to my emails however I have not like what I have received so far...
See below - and trust me, I have replied to this cr@p and would suggest any of you whom deal with E-Trade and bought GVRP between 6/13 and 6/23 to join me in trying to set ET straight. Here is the last reply I received on Friday evening.

Thank you for your email regarding GVRP. I apologize for the confusion in this matter. Your 35 shares were purchased on 5/19/05. Unfortunately, you are not due the shares from the split because you did not own the shares by the record date, 5/13/05. Let us know if there is anything else we can assist you with.
