No it does not scare me because (a) I have done very
extensive due diligence on the CEO and the company.
With an ungagged TA and share structure that keeps
evaporating, I am very comfortable with this investment.
(b) TOFS makes up only 25% of my microcap holdings and
when you consider I have 77% of my overall stock money invested
in blue chips, I am very well diversified. When I add in my
invested money into futures and options on futures, the percentage
owned in TOFS is minuscule on the grand scheme of things.

I get to know the CEOs I invest into. I have done my
required DD into the company, the business plan, the
CEO and the filings. I am staying long here for multiple
pennies. Reverse merger plays have yielded me anywhere
from 1500% to 4000% in returns in the past and I truly
expect to obtain the same return with TOFS.
