physical delivery means that instead of instant shares the bd's, all of them, must actually accept physical shares, now that takes time , it is more likely that eventually only sells will be accepted by the bds,or probably that is the case now, however with no bid it makes selling impossible...not a slam, just the facts, i have seen it before
