The only people who will be immediately affected will be those who use brokers that utilize PENSON as there clearing house. Most of the larger brokers are self clearing (such as TDAmeritrade & Scott) will likely not be affected at all.

I suggest all individuals who trade AGHD to check with there brokers for guidance and not rely solely on the information posted on a public message board.
