I spoke with Matt about the payments for the doctor
Judgement. It's coming out of Matt's cash. There is no third
party selling shares for him. It's not happening. What did happen
the last few weeks was a strong buyback on the bid by Matt
buying shares right out of the float. The shareholders do not have
a float lock here. There far too many flippers here for that to
happen. Matt is competing with the flippers and folks who are
short here for shares from the float. Matt is winning the war here
and so are anyone who has been loading up on the 5s, 6s and 7s.
I bought over 10m shares in this range over the last two weeks.
My 35m shares are off the market and so are the shares of a lot
of other strong long shareholders here. Matt is buying on the bid
which unfortunately causes the stock to go down not up. He can and
does hit the ask but we have to hit the ask first. I was purposely
hitting the ask after he swooped up big blocks on the bid, I then
noticed big blocks being bought on the ask as soon as I hit the ask.
We can help Matt hit the ask more if we buy more on the ask and
not just bid sit.
By the way, from watching level 2 very closely and looking at the
MM reports of shares traded per day, I was able to match up volume from
CSTI with that of the REG SHO daily volume reports. From this I can safely
conclude that CSTI is stuck short in this stock and/or they clear for a hedgie
that is stuck short here. The tactics of 5 digit trading to paint buys as sells
started on Friday. Looks like these folks are very nervous. In my experience
these folks do not use those type of tactics unless they become desperate.
Again, this is my personal opinion and if I am right, we will move up to
0.002 with any strong buying volume because of this.
