The most recent filing stated that Mark sold over 700MM shares to a 504d finance company. This is the company that is dumping those shares. Not sure why people say "mark is dumping". He already sold those shares to the finance company. They in turn dump them into the market. I believe that they make a profit as long as the shares go for more than .0004.

IMO, they are almost done. Seems like they might have decided just to finish off whatever they have left.
