Unaudited financials are not insignificant. Many people will not buy based upon this fact alone. No we can't agree on the buyout defense. He had a buyout offer, he says, for $.01 per share that he recommended we turn down. Now the PPS is in the trips. If he were buying back stock and reducing the float the PPS would be going up. Obviously if he had sold the company we wouldn't be sitting here discussing it. Regarding the full disclosure, that is transparency at it's best. That's why it's called a full disclosure. If he put that out now, and the information was good, the PPS would go up immediately. The only good reason for him not putting it out is the information is ugly. GLTA
