There was follow up. The follow up was HNSS was not going to put out full disclosure because they were in the middle of buyout talks. "Well how come they don't put it out now that the buyout was cancelled?", you ask. Because they don't want to and they don't owe you an explanation for why its not coming out. Its just not. End of story.

That's your opinion. But in reality (where the rest of us live), we have no idea what Black has been doing behind the scenes. He may have executed one of the defenses, or he may not have, but until he tells us what he has or has not done we cannot state things as fact. You, for a fact, know nothing about Black's execution or lack of execution of a defense strategy. Can we agree on that?

These are facts. Mr. Black, i.e. Mr Delay, just keeps stringing us along.
