The problem is that they are close and no money for commons!

The article makes it clear that the parties are negotiating and are not too far short from each other.

Nowhere does the article state that commons will see a settlement.
Nowhere does it say we'll receive a dime...

This was a fabulous and detailed impartial assessment of our BK..

Sorry guys and girls but I think no matter how I want to believe we'll see a dollar or two, the fact is we're not...

This will be resolved in BK court, we will see nothing and then Sussman will go to court and do what he's known for... HOWEVER

That will take another 5-10 years to litigate with no guarantee of success IMHO
