I think the initial speculation showed up because information was posted that FDA has to (this was not a 'well they don't follow it' rule) respond no later than 60 days. The rule isn't that they have to render a decision within that time, just respond. So it actually isn't a useless discussion. It gives people a solid timeline. Since the last time we know of the FDA asking for information (counts as proper communication) was in late august, per Andy verbally saying this at the investor conference on 10/6, that helps people put this into perspective.

As I mentioned, personally, I don't care about the timeline. I would however like to be updated on what this consultant of theirs talks about when he calls, but I have now asked Andy 3 times and he has not bothered to actually answer the question. So, I just wait on the investor updates for whatever they have going on.
