King (and his connections) pulled off the collaborative deal of the year with the Groveton Mill.... 6 months in the making. This shows his persistence and connections and credibility. This entire project included financing (dealing with banks and private and public lenders,...that speaks volumes to me as a developer/multi-family investor) and present and future partnerships. We will live to see this product thrive soon IMO. When was the last time any one of us put up with the crap dealing with governmental bureaucratic agencies? Best of luck to you though.
