I have just received an official e-mail from Jeremy Anderson, Mr. Lee's attorney. The great person he is, he has uploaded numerous files for me.

If anyone knows how to upload attachments, and apple screenshots, I will post the email and attachments.

Here is the majority of what he sent me

Last year, the parties settled the case. Immediately thereafter, Mr. Lisenby violated the settlement agreement and attempted to take control of the company. As a result, Mr. Lee brought a suit against Mr. Lee for his fraudulent conduct. I have attached those pleadings for your reference.

Right before trial, Mr. Lisenby put the company into bankruptcy. Recently, the bankruptcy Judge lifted the automatic stay, which has now allowed the lawsuit to resume. We expect the case to proceed shortly.

Again I am 100% willing to upload the screenshot of the email...To prove this is official unlike all of the other emails.
