5Cap, Let me first say I agree with a lot of what you say!!! I'd like for you to provide some color on how virtra could get the outstanding share price down to around 100 million. If their was a tender offer of around 8 cents we're talking purchasing $4.8 million. I'm 100% for this and Bob has talked about doing this...BUT HOW....where's the cashflow come from?????

if executed.....it's a no brainer we all own 33% more of the company stock.
