Nice summation and I would like to add a few thoughts.

3. To be included in the private placement you would have had to dangle $500k minimum or be a part of a group with big bucks to attract attention. Also part of the goal is to attract more institutional type holders to the stock.

4. This is an ongoing process that could only end when we are so rolling in money that we could finance ourselves. Even then a CEO at that time might elect to use other people's money. Promotion is big part of this business and sometimes we suffer a little there in my opinion. But I do love the methodical, engineering minded approach CD brings to the developement of this deposit.

Opinion: Of course MB is promoting other companies and at least one new one that I am aware of. His valuation of TPW as I posted awhile back came in at $27 per share. It doesn't seem that they would be selling much here if any. As you may know, their strategy is to buy during the "lull" season and sell the fall runs. I know for a fact that at least one of his customers bought heavily here and will sell on the next run, keeping the zero cost basis shares.
