In reading over the email from Gary again, it seems to me that Gary really couldn't answer some of the questions about a JV or what was discussed with potential investors. We are lucky that we at least know about the confidential agreement. He probably answered that question because CD had already revealed the CA in the CC.
Here is what we know:
1. There is a CA with a major.
2. The major is developing their own TPW model, based on data supplied to them by CD.
3. There are 2 new groups of investors (one from Canada and the other from the US), although for some reason, the US placement is taking longer. I doubt it is due to not being able to get investors as I asked to participate in the PPM and I was never given any info on the offering. With the price so low, I recently decided to purchase more shares in the open market.
4. CD went to NY and other areas to meet with many investor groups or majors.
5. We have money to drill. Not a small feat in this investing environment.
Opinion: Yes, we should be higher in price. Since Michael Ballanger is not getting the fee for the PPM, I'm guessing that some of the investors attached to Michael Ballanger are selling because MB has other companies to promote now. Warning - that is just my opinion and not a fact.
