@xxx I meant to say 'non-business days' and not 'working days', but was rushed. If I hadn't read your reply I wouldn't have thought to look back at the post, so thank you.

Working days would be somewhere around the last 3rd of November (around 11/22 I believe). The documentation states no later than sixty (60) days and not business days though. Documentation like this tends to be pretty specific, but they could always assume people think of that wording in one fashion I guess (aka automatic assumption that business days is a given for example). Best option would be to call them for clarification, but I don't have the drive to do that since I'm not chomping at the bit for the info.
