If....

"This company is engaged in the following activities:

1) 50% interest in Mina Pasqua in partnership with Jorge Lopehandia"

My question is ...if we acquire 50% of Mina Pasqua then will Jorge Lopehandia have his 50 % and possibly some of our 50% in shares giving him control ...

Will the Name then be changed to Mountainstar Gold Inc ....

Will the balance of the 400 million shares be exercised ...

Who owns the "other" 50% interest in Mina Pasqua after our acquisition is consummate ?? Are we dealing with Jorge or Jorge and Co.

What leverage do we have at that juncture....what happens to the structure of MWR as we now know it or understand it to be ...as I have never seen a constitution for this Company indicating structure and policy ...

Is MWR only responsible in funding %50 of the activities at Mina Pascua ....what kind of depth does Jorge have in this regard??

My understanding of a JV is two parties coming together for the betterment of both but still there are many unanswered questions ..
