Mark Leonard has also planned a trip to China to finalize a JV with YTO and Tytan U.S.A. that will be owned by both YTO and TYTN, and the possibility of dual listing on the Chinese Stock exchange.

This JV will give TYTN a much broader range of products and of course services to support the products.
