If we are talking 60 working days, I believe that would be up by the end of next week (10/21), or the end of the following week (10/28), but not exceeding that timeframe. The 9/1 update stated that BIEL had recently been contacted by the FDA and that they were responded to earlier in the week of 8/29. Supposedly at that time, the FDA approved of the explanation. That being the case, the latest would be the Friday two weeks from now.

So, if we don't hear anything from BIEL by that time or an FDA announcement has been made, then we'll know that BIEL has spoken to the FDA and something else is going on. Until then, I think it best not to get too heated about what's going on with the stock.
