Expect Mr Miller was the person responsible for the humanitarian side in Magburaka ie: solar lights etc: and this would stand them in good stead with locals.

I dont know of many companies whos top management have not been involved in court cases due to in fighting and have been there myself.

Yes there does not seem to be a lot of info on Mr Miller and as I said he was quiet at our meeting.
As for the others you mention, you will know in business that many people learn from mistakes in the past and persepsions based on court cases would put all presidents,polititions, bankers and management of top companies in the crook bracket and in some cases rightly so.
