99% of the pinks never have an audit of their financials they just report some half @ss compilation which you will then find out the account that prepared them isn't even a CPA...yes i have seen that before...anyway the company having audits conducted is the best possible news...companies do not spend the money to have an audit done unless it is necessary. reasons for an audit to be necessary are ALL good things! like the bank requiring one to obtain financing for a project, to be fully reporting and possibly uplist, to be transparent to investors....among other reasons non of which are bad. That tool on this board looked at the word "audit" and assumed it was an IRS or SEC audit and has no clue what he is talking about....good things to come here just have to remain patient. for the record i invested in this at .0001 just before reverse split and name change and my patience IS being tested as well BUT there is no reason or indicators here that should trigger a sell and if anything the audit news should trigger a buy especially for those that bought in at a higher price originally....the financials will be released eventually and there will be an increase in PPS simply because they are fully reporting but for those that are in for the long haul these audits are being done for a good reason and we should be in good shape heading into 2012...good luck all
