Drop it on the number of seats, bloody irrelevant!

What percentage of the cost of a iPhone is the screen? I don't know but people know this. So, if I'm told a billion is going to be spent on iPhones, I apply the screen percentage and wallah!

I don't give a flying frenchman if its 1 phone or 4.7 trillion phones.

Total bill times component percentage that is the bloody answer.

So the question is a simple one: do any uber-PKI-transwarp-DD-extraordinaire's-megaologists know what percentage of a "PKI initiative" would be ERAS and friends? I can handle the abacus after that, and it will never include number of seats.

I figured maybe somebody had a clue on what percentage of whatever an "inititive" is would be represented by TPM management and related Wave goodies.
