IVFH well you made me look anyway since everything in your post smacks of typical pump and dump verbage and you've posted at least 150 times on it, so what's your connection to them?
They haven't filed any financials, only thing they've filed was a REGDEX in 2004 for who knows how much stock.

National Sales and Corporate Chef...you're calling him CEO?
They've been talking about audited financials for a while, yet in March they announced a private placement for $300k, money needed for working capital and to audit and file those financials. Maybe their revenues have been rising but I'll bet the bottom line sucks.
Do a little more DD and you may find that while they could have some great chefs and food, there's a lot of stinky stuff on the stock side of the company.
