General market has little to do with over the counter traded securities

Market conditions for iweb include such things as no prs in three weeks - unpredictable, no merger closing - unpredictable, and etc etc

Market makers are aware of sentiments. They have teams of people who monitor these things. Market makers capitalize on weakness of buying pressure. Fear is their most effective tactic. That is how they make money. I am fully aware of management's shortcommings and never denied sigs inadequate behavior as a ceo of a public co.

Once again I ask not to misrepresent facts

Blame who you wish, the market will dictate the future direction of pps and market conditions are the factors which help the market decide where we headed...
