RC, allow me to clarify

lets pretend the Navy wants to build a ship. They earmark 2bn dollars for it. There is a ball bearing factory that expects to be a supplier. That ball bearing factory expect to supply 10million bearings. That factory charges $100 for each bearing.

So, that's half of it. Is the remaining half enough to finish the ship? The hull, the engines, the armaments, guidance, all the electronics and so on?

If I was an investor in the ball bearing plant I would want to know if 50% of the bill can reasonably be assigned to ball bearings before I would reasonably expect that amount for revenue.

So, is ERAS and friends representing 50% id a "PKI initiative" about right?

The above content is my opinion.
