Once again, I will state & I hope that it was not my doing, for the back & forth with everyone, but when I was one of the last persons that Lorraine had taken calls from & spoken.
She stated to me that PL & XTend signed off on the addendum & agreed w/all that was listed-shown ect.
Then it was sent off to SL & his lawyers.
Waiting for word to hear back from them.
If this last transfer that was sent, agreed upon by SL & his lawyers, then they are to go forward literally hand in hand to get the "Q" removed.
If it is not & SL & his lawyers found, or stated some type of discrepency that was not completely agreed upon, then it would be obvious the document would be sent back to PL & XTend.
Now @ that time that was the last word from Lorraine & I had no reason to say, assume, accused that her, or anyone was lying, I don't know.
I hope I did not do anything to make some of us go back & forth with each other when it is not necessary.
I only stated what was being told to me @ that time.
If anyone else has TRUE INFORMATION NOT SPECULATION PLEASE BE KIND TO KEEP THE REST OF US INFORMED!
I KNOW THAT IF I was privy I would be more than willing to share, thank you to one & all!
