I may be the stupidest dog on the block but I will try on this board also - here is my reply to E-Trade saying I am not to receive my shares as I purchase on the 19th and not on the 13th. Please let me know if I should change this reply - I may be a little hot and not have everything straight. The original response from E-Trade is below this Reply- Thank you all in advance - Werry Wissed Off D0g who isn't feeling real lucky right now...

WHAT? I cannot believe you are serious! - I will have 100+ investors send you verification that they indeed purchased on the 19th or 20th and have already received their dividend shares through other brokers. I think you might want to check your dates again.

Payable are all due bills attached to the shares that where purchased 5/20 and prior. I purchased on the 19th. The company made the mistake of not following the rules - there is no date registered as a date the board decided to offer a dividend and the payment date of record is prior to the Ex Date.

Record Date is not the date at which a dividend is payable - If you buy a dividend paying stock one day before the ex-dividend you will still get the dividend, but if you buy on the ex-dividend date, you won't get the dividend.

Here are the Dates -

Declaration Date: --

Ex Date: 05/23/2005

Record Date: 05/13/2005
Payment Date: 05/20/2005
Dividend Type:

Stock Dividend or Split Dividend Amount: 3,000,000-1 stk

Due Bill Redeemable Date: 05/25/2005
