One thing about the PR's, the CEO has followed through with ever promise he has made. The merger happened despite the claims, the share reductions happened despite the claims. The buybacks are occurring everyday despite the claims.

Now, if he gave financial numbers for Baron and said it would come out by Nov 1, my reaction would be to get all the shares I could afford. All stock investments are speculative, most penny stocks are HIGHLY speculative but that is the thrill with Baron Capital. When all this comes together, we could easily see 500% to 1000% gains IN MY OPINION. Watch what happens with the name change! That alone is going to be spectacular! There are investors that will play this just on the ticker changing.

Pennies do not work like the big boys, this could start a run for absolutely no reason at all!
