In any negotiation the actual PPS of any company is the BAROMETER
of any future sell out price; you just simply cann't be asking for 120/share while your stock is trading at $48. by issuing a statement IDCC's mgt. would be strenthning their negotiations
by causing the price to rise and to remind shorts that this process IS NOT OVER and we are in round two or three....
a lot of shareholders are confused here, we're back to where we started from which is not A CONFIDENCE BUILDER.
