Here is a WaMu Wall Street Protest Project I'd like to start ...

Let's use our communal effort to draft a Talking Point Bullet List with a Short Entry Paragraph explaining our views on the Wamu Case. One of the tactics used by CNBC to try and discredit the movement was the Protestors lack of a Polished Message that was TV ready.

I personally would like to see it include ...

How WaMu was still above Tier 1 Levels.

How it was really two Banks, one of them, the FSB, with $25+Bil.

How JD and JPM approached in the spring/summer of 2008 with $8PPS Offer. Explain what Project West was!

How WaMu never really "Failed" it was just "Seized". On a Thursday no less.

How and why was left off the "No-Short-List".

Just what is the true relationship between the Hedge Funds and JPM?

What is the true relationship of WGM to JPM and why has WGM not performed their Fiduciary Duty to Equity?

etc etc etc.

Here is a basic start.
