I'm really confused.
Just as a small warning, I am new to trading. How come this stock isn't exploding? Out of all the penny stocks I own, this one is pumping positive news. Not just fluff, but of actual deals they are making. So what's going on? Are people just waiting around to see if these actually make money or does VLCO have too small of a market or something?
