HI Tex, The "tweezer" was nothing more then some GOOD
buying.
I, and a few others, have started a good position for a week now.

This board is good -- And as always Rain is a money maker. IMO
But, Nobody is paying real attention to the short - off-shore --
position. They showed last week and I started to buy.
I believe ANY major buying and this runs.
